The Iowa Institute of Human Genetics is hosting an informational event on the Future of Personalized Genomic Medicine: Applying to Genetic Counseling Graduate Programs. During this event, a panel of genetic counselors from around the state will speak about their experience applying to genetic counseling training programs, their daily activities, as well as their role in personalized genomic medicine. This opportunity is a great way for students to discuss first-hand the application process, job growth and ask questions in a small group setting.
